All the clients who flock to Uganda have always enjoyed the gorilla trekking experience. It is not as easy as you may think it is as it requires adequate preparation before the trekking experience. Trekking in all sectors starts at 8:30 am.

The ending time is usually determined by the luck you have at spotting the gorillas in the impenetrable forest of Bwindi. You will be transferred from your lodge in the early morning hours to the tracking office where you will meet a number of porters as well as ranger guides who will be guiding you during your trekking experience.

Remember the land is hilly and it requires a high degree of strength. After your briefing you are allocated a gorilla group basing on the gorilla experience that you want, if you are interested in a harder gorilla trekking experience, you will have an opportunity to see the black backs and silver backs as well as the mothers and their children leaving in harmony with Nature.

If you choose a medium experience, it is hard but no so instance as you will be able to see the gorillas even when it will take you some time to see. The easy group is for those who are not as physically fit as it is easy to see some gorilla families as they are always near, however, it will not be the same experience with the harder groups. If you are not physically fit, you can pay for 300$USD for the porters to carry you on a chair throughout your trekking experience.

When you reach the Gorillas, always stay still and wait for any further communication from your ranger guide on what you are supposed to do. Always carry a wonderful phone with a great camera to capture magical scenes of the Gorillas during your first encounter with them at the forest. When you are done with the trekking experience, each and e very client is awarded with a take home certificate to show that they participated in Gorilla trekking activity during their visit to Uganda.

You can also engage in a Batwa cultural experience to see how tradition and local people leave in the forest of Bwindi.
