4 days Luxury Gorilla Trekking Safari invites you to discover the Iconic Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, a renowned home of Uganda Mountain Gorillas that’s offers a unique Mountain Gorilla trekking Safari experience, with a stay at south side of the park-Nkuringo. The ancient forest extends over a series of ridges after the Virunga Volcanic Mountains and is a UNESCO World Heritage site because of its uniqueness, beauty and hosting half the population of world’s mountain gorillas.

Day 1-Entebbe (Arrival) – 4 days Luxury Gorilla Trekking Safari
Arrive at Entebbe AirPort where you will be met by our representative. He will transfer you to the hotel in the town as have a night here. Entebbe unlike other Ugandan towns, it is a bit wild and a peninsula. Depending on your arrival time you can tour the town or visit Mabamba swamp for a chance to see the prehistoric shoebill.

Day 2- Flight to Kisoro
Early morning wake up for breakfast and transfer to the airport for a flight to Kisoro Airport south of the country. It is about an hour and 45 minutes to Kisoro. You will meet your guide at the airport and drive to Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla Lodge at the edge of the park. Check in on time for lunch and in the afternoon, you can take on a walk inside the park or a community experience. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3- Gorilla trekking – 4 days Luxury Gorilla Trekking Safari
It’s a gorilla tracking day. Have breakfast and head to the Nkuringo sector offices for gorilla tracking. The trek can be 2-8 hours depending on the location of the gorilla family that day and it starts after a briefing by the park ranger. Once you find it, you’ll be allowed an hour to stay, watch, photograph and learn about the gorillas before you return. The balance of the day is relaxation at leisure and in the evening go for a lovely sundowner.

Day 4-Back to Entebbe | End of 4 days Luxury Gorilla Trekking Safari
Have breakfast at the lodge and check out for a transfer to Kisoro airport for a flight to Entebbe. Arrive and join for your connecting flight.
