4 Days Gorilla Trekking and Golden Monkey Safari

Day 1: Arrival in Kigali | Kigali City Tour| Visit Genocide memorial| Cultural Experience at Gorilla Guardian village

Upon your arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be met by our representative from Allanblackia Safaris who will later transfer you to Kigali for a city Tour. During the city, you will visit the genocide memorial museum and later transfer to Volcanoes National Park where you will have an evening cultural experience at Gorilla Guardian Village.

Overnight: De Vinci Gorilla Lodge 

Day 2:  Golden Monkey Trekking | Visit Ellen DeGeneres Campus of Dian Fossey | Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After your early morning breakfast, you will embark on your golden monkey experience in Volcanoes National Park where you will spend time with the Golden monkeys. You will after transferring to Ellen DeGeneres Campus of Dian Fossey and learn about the history and view different Arts and crafts and local art markets around the campus, you will have lunch and embark on your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Overnight: Gorilla Valley Lodge 

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking | Visit the Pygmies Formerly known as the Batwa

After your morning breakfast, transfer to the briefing point where you will be briefed upon the preparation for the Gorilla tracking activity. Experienced guides will lead you into the forest trails in search for the mountain Gorillas. In the afternoon you will visit the community of the pygmies commonly known as Batwa who formally occupied the forest before they were evicted from their land.

Overnight: Gorilla Valley Lodge 

Day 4: Transfer to Kigali or Entebbe for Exit

In the Early morning, you will have breakfast and two options of either transferring to Kigali for exit or exit via Entebbe International Airport.
